
Exercise motivation is the hardest of all, even harder than exercising. This may sound like a big challenge, but it’s not as big a leap as you think. All you have to do is to get off that favorite couch of yours and stop procrastinating. To stick with an exercise routine you need to get out there when that little voice inside you says “I’ll do that tomorrow. Or the day after, may be. “Never ever under estimate your body, your body can do almost anything, it is the mind that you need to convince.”
Fitness should be a part of your lifestyle. The least you can do is to never ever quit, because you have already gone through the pain, already hurt, then why not get a reward out of it. Not because you have just worked for it, but you are worthy of it.
